CINCINNATI (WKRC) - Local mental health care providers have a warning as kids head back to school: Bullying can have long-term emotional and physical impacts. Psychiatrists at the Lindner Center of Hope said they've already seen a surge in counseling needs go up as parents try and get support for kids who are being bullied.
